Welcome to LUTG Store! This guide will show you the entire process from purchase to delivery!

 

Step 1 - Visit our website.

This is where you will add items you want to your card / checkout.

Step 2 - Add Items to Cart & Checkout

Once you are on the site, add the items you want to your cart.
Check your cart and click on "Order special instructions" - this is where you need to write your Roblox Username. After that just click checkout.

Step 3 - Complete the purchase.

After clicking checkout button you will be redirected to payment section. There you will have to fill all required fields.

Our payment processor requires us to ask you for your address and full name in order to verify your identity. We do not use your address for anything other than identity verification and we never sell or use your personal data.

Step 4 - Contact with us to Get Claim Your Order.

You have several ways to contact with us:
1. Website CHAT that is on right bottom corner of the website.
In chat you need to send :
- Order number - we will send it in receipt to your e-mail.
- E-mail - that you used in payment.
- Your Roblox Username.

2. Discord server (You need to open ticket in the server)

1) Join our discord server
2) Find "💰BUY HERE" -> #🛒-buy-or-claim
3) Click on "📩Create ticket"
4)After that open ticket and send in the ticket :
- Order number - we will send it in receipt to your e-mail.
- E-mail - that you used in payment.
- Your Roblox Username.

3. Telegram
Find me on telegram (@d3vou)
Send me the message with next information :
- Order number - we will send it in receipt to your e-mail.
- E-mail - that you used in payment.
- Your Roblox Username.

After you will get private server link, our Roblox Username, friend request from us in Roblox. 
Just join that link or accept our friend request and join us to claim your order.
